If you pay by credit or debit card, card details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment form. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may store Stripe payment identifiers linked to your ride for accounting.

If you create an account, we also store profile information tied to your login.

How we use information

We use your information to schedule and dispatch rides, communicate about your trip, process payments, and improve our service.

We may share trip details with assigned drivers and dispatch staff. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.
