Refund Policy

Fares and charges

Your quoted fare at booking is based on distance, passengers, and options shown on the book form (wheelchair, airport transfer, parcel, discounts, etc.).

Credit and debit card payments are authorized when you complete booking online; your card is charged when the ride is completed. Cash and voucher rides are collected per dispatch instructions.

Cancellations and early completion

If you cancel before pickup, the card authorization is released and you are not charged.

If you end a ride early after pickup (from the track-ride page), the ride is marked completed with a partial card charge based on distance traveled. Your dropoff is updated to where you ended the trip. You choose whether the driver should drop you off at your destination or return you to the pickup location; your driver is notified immediately.

If you end a ride early after pickup, we first charge a partial fare based on distance traveled (up to the amount authorized at booking). We reserve the right, within 7 calendar days of that charge, to adjust the payment up to the full authorized fare when the ride record (mileage, time, or service provided) supports it. We will not charge more than the amount authorized at booking without your consent for a new authorization.

If we cancel the ride or cannot complete service due to operational reasons, card charges will be refunded or credited when applicable.

Card refunds

To request a refund or billing review, contact our dispatch line at (123) 456-7890 with your ride details. Keep your booking confirmation or track-ride link when available.

Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, contact our dispatch line at (123) 456-7890 first so we can review your ride and payment reference. You may also dispute the charge with your card issuer under their rules.

Approved refunds or charge corrections for card payments are returned to the original payment method through Stripe when applicable. Processing times depend on your bank (often 5–10 business days).
