Fares and receipts

Fares shown at online booking are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges for card bookings match the confirmed fare at booking unless adjusted per our refund policy or dispatch agreement.

For cash or voucher trips, pay the driver or program per posted dispatch rates.

Card payments (Stripe)

Online card payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe handles card data under PCI security standards; we receive payment confirmation and identifiers for accounting only.

Card payments are authorized when you complete an online booking with credit or debit selected; the full fare is captured when the ride is completed. If you end the ride early after pickup, a partial fare is captured based on distance traveled. Scheduled rides may require a new authorization if the hold expires before completion (typically within about seven days).

If you end a ride early after pickup, we first charge a partial fare based on distance traveled (up to the amount authorized at booking). We reserve the right, within 7 calendar days of that charge, to adjust the payment up to the full authorized fare when the ride record (mileage, time, or service provided) supports it. We will not charge more than the amount authorized at booking without your consent for a new authorization.

If you disagree with a charge, contact our dispatch line at (123) 456-7890 first so we can review your ride and payment reference. You may also dispute the charge with your card issuer under their rules.
